Automating Your Firm

I’m curious how everyone here uses automation to make their lives easier. I was at firms that had an apparent and irrational hatred of automating easy administrative tasks (think scheduling, sending form emails, even taking payment). Here’s what I’ve been using; I’d be happy to hear your thoughts/suggestions to better automate things.

Website: Wix
Payment system: LawPay (has a mobile app to use on my iPad to take payment in person)
Phone: Google Voice
Case Management: Google Workspace (makes my practice entirely mobile)
Document signing: Hellosign
Printer/Scanner/Fax: Brother MFC-L2710DW
Scheduling: Calendly
PC/Client Intake: Google Forms/Wix Website Chat Feature

That’s all I can think of at the moment, but everything integrates so well and I find myself not needing to update a thousand different apps/products every time a new lead or client comes in. What does your firm’s automation look like?
